Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display product colors, specifications, and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device screen.
Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in South African Rands (ZAR). Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Stock Availability: All physical products are subject to availability. In the event that an ordered item is out of stock, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative, store credit, or a full refund.
We offer two payment methods for your convenience:
Yoco Payment Gateway: Online card payments are processed securely via Yoco. Unboxt Gifts does not collect or store raw payment card credentials.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): For manual bank transfers, payment must be made within 48 hours of placing the order. Goods or course access will only be released once funds have cleared into our bank account. Please use your Order Number as the payment reference.
Delivery times and fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address within South Africa.
While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, delivery timelines are estimates provided by third-party courier services and cannot be strictly guaranteed.
Unboxt Gifts is not liable for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout, or events outside our reasonable control.
Access Grant: Upon purchasing a course or digital material, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the course content for your personal learning or individual business development.
Wholesale Access: Certain wholesale product pricing and blank materials are restricted exclusively to verified course students. Account sharing or unauthorized access sharing is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property: All course materials, videos, downloads, blueprints, and instructional copy remain the exclusive intellectual property of Unboxt Gifts. Sharing, reselling, copying, or distributing course content without written consent is strictly illegal.
Physical Goods: In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), damaged or defective goods must be reported within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or return. Items returned must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Personalised / Custom Items: Customised or bespoke gift boxes tailored specifically for you cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Digital Products & Courses: Due to the immediate access nature of digital materials, course enrolments and digital downloads are non-refundable once content access has been granted.
Unboxt Gifts, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, physical products, or course instructions.
While our course materials are designed to provide practical business guidance, individual success depends on personal effort, market conditions, and execution. We make no specific guarantees of income or earnings.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
